Concor End Caps:: |
End
caps can become worn on the I.D. and often develop “worm”
marks on the sealing face. They can usually be reconditioned in
one or two days.
Inserts
Concor can machine out the “funneled” section of your
end cap and install a new, hardened, tool steel insert in its place.
A variety of wear-resistant steels can be used depending on processing
needs.
Treated
Original end caps can be reconditioned at about half the cost of
new by polishing and facing-off the sealing surfaces and re-chroming
the I.D. End caps that were originally nitrided can be re-nitrided. |
